Cancellation Policy
Important Notice
- • Cancellation must be submitted in writing via Email or SMS along with the valid Booking Number.
- • Verbal/Oral cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Cancellation Charges Based on Timeline
Cancellation charges are calculated based on the time before the journey date:
10 Days or More Prior
- Charge: No cancellation charges applicable
- Refund: Full amount
1 Week Prior to Trip
- Charge: 25% of booking amount
- Refund: 75%
3-4 Days Before Trip
- Charge: 50% of booking amount
- Refund: 50%
1 Day Before Journey
- Charge: 100% of booking amount
- Refund: Non-Refundable
Date Changes & Vehicle Upgrades
- • Change in travel dates or vehicle upgrade requests will be treated as a cancellation, as revised pricing and availability apply at the time of change.
- • If customers do not wish to proceed with the booking at the newly revised price (in case of changes), standard cancellation charges will apply.

For cancellation requests or refund inquiries, kindly provide:

Cancellation from BUSZONRENT's End
Full Refund Guarantee
In case a booking is cancelled due to operational or unavoidable reasons, the entire booking amount paid by the customer will be refunded without any interest.
Our Rights & Commitment
- • BUSZONRENT reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time due to unavoidable or operational reasons.
- • In such an event, a full refund will be processed promptly.
- • We will notify customers immediately of any cancellation from our end.
Refund Policy
Extra or Incorrect Charges
If any extra or incorrect amount is collected by the driver, the details will be verified and refunded within 3 to 4 working days.
Third-Party Clearances
Refunds will only be processed once BUSZONRENT receives the necessary clearances or refunds from relevant third-party authorities (if applicable).
BUSZONRENT Cancellation
In the event a tour/trip is cancelled by BUSZONRENT, a full refund will be processed within 3 to 4 working days of cancellation.
Alternative Options
Customers may choose one of the following alternatives in place of a refund:
- ✓ Shift the paid deposit amount towards any future booking, OR
- ✓ Avail any other tour/trip option provided by BUSZONRENT at the time.

✓ Refund processing time depends on bank/payment gateway policies
✓ No interest will be paid on any refunded amount
✓ The booking amount becomes fully non-refundable within 24 hours of travel time
