BUSZONRENT – Vehicle Charter and Rental Services
These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings and service usage offered by BUSZONRENT. By confirming a booking, the customer acknowledges and accepts the following terms in full.
1. Minimum Kilometer Policy
Minimum kilometers are applicable per calendar day and may vary by vehicle type (300 / 400 / 500 KM). Billing is calculated from 00:00 hrs to 23:59 hrs as per calendar day, irrespective of actual usage duration.
2. Distance and Time Calculation
All distance and time calculations will be strictly measured on a Garage-to-Garage basis. The starting point is defined as the location from where the vehicle departs and ends once the vehicle returns to its origin garage.
3. Driver Allowance
Local Trips: Driver allowance becomes applicable after 10 hours of service or if duty extends beyond 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Outstation Trips: Any travel falling between 9:00 PM and 6:00 AM attracts additional driver allowance charges.
4. Additional Charges
Charges for toll, parking fees, and interstate permits are payable by the customer. Any traffic violation, challan, penalty, or legal proceedings arising due to negligence of passengers or their actions shall be borne by the customer.
5. Interstate Permit
Interstate permit charges are valid for 7 days only. If extended, additional charges apply.
6. Duty Slip or Trip Sheet Signing
It is mandatory for both the customer and the driver to complete, review, and sign the trip sheet at the end of the journey. Any billing dispute or claim will not be entertained in the absence of a correctly signed duty slip.
7. Air Conditioning Policy
AC performance is optimal only during vehicle movement. Use of AC while the vehicle is stationary may incur additional charges. BUSZONRENT accepts no liability for AC inefficiency due to road gradients, extreme climatic conditions, or technical malfunction.
8. Prohibited Activities
Strictly no smoking, alcohol consumption, or contraband items inside the vehicle. Violation may result in immediate termination of service without refund.
9. Customer Conduct
BUSZONRENT reserves full rights to deny or discontinue service if a passenger exhibits rude, intoxicated, aggressive, or unsafe behavior. Any damage caused to the vehicle due to misconduct will be chargeable.
10. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for their personal property and luggage. BUSZONRENT, its drivers, or staff shall not be liable for lost, stolen, or misplaced items.
11. Guide Charges
Tour guide or escort charges are not included unless specifically requested at an additional cost.
12. Conclusion of Trip
Before trip completion, customers must settle all additional payments including extra kilometers, extra hours, driver allowance, and other applicable charges.
13. Washing & Cleaning Charges
Cleaning charges apply if passengers cause stains, damage, odor, spillage, or vomiting. For wedding-related decorations or events, a cleaning fee of ₹1000 per vehicle is applicable.
14. Force Majeure & External Factors
BUSZONRENT shall not be held liable for delays caused by natural calamities, traffic congestion, roadblocks, mechanical failure, flight delays, or acts beyond control. Any additional charges incurred during such circumstances will be payable by the customer.
15. Rate Variability
Prices quoted are dynamic and may vary during weekends, holiday periods, festive seasons, or peak demand durations. Revised pricing, if applicable, shall be informed prior to service commencement.
16. Baggage & Porterage
Baggage should strictly be within the capacity of the booked vehicle. Porter services for carrying luggage are not included and may be arranged separately on request.
17. Pricing and GST
All rates mentioned are exclusive of GST. Applicable GST rates will be charged additionally and reflected in the invoice.
18. Flexible Vehicle Upgrade
Vehicle upgrade requests are accepted subject to availability and payment of fare difference. Rescheduling travel dates, route changes, or vehicle category change requests may attract additional charges. Any re-routing during travel may incur additional tolls, taxes, or fuel-based adjustments.
19. Complaints & Feedback
Complaints or service grievances must be raised within 7 days of trip completion to be eligible for review. Feedback provided will be used solely for service quality improvement.
20. Passenger Travel Insurance
BUSZONRENT does not provide personal accident or travel insurance. Customers are advised to independently procure suitable insurance coverage.
21. Emergency Procedures
In case of malfunction, accident, health emergency, or other unforeseen events, customers must comply with the instructions issued by the driver or authorized personnel for their safety.
Acceptance of Terms
Booking and traveling with BUSZONRENT constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. BUSZONRENT reserves the right to update or modify these terms without prior notice, and the revised version will be applicable from the date of publication.
