Every vehicle in our fleet is maintained with utmost care and undergoes strict periodic servicing and safety checks before every trip.
However, customers are requested to understand that vehicles are machines — despite regular maintenance and thorough inspection, unforeseen technical issues can sometimes occur due to mechanical or electrical failure.
In such rare cases, our team takes immediate steps to ensure passenger safety and minimize inconvenience.
1. Preventive Maintenance Commitment
- All vehicles undergo regular maintenance and inspection by certified technicians.
- A detailed pre-departure checklist is completed before each journey to ensure roadworthiness.
- Drivers are trained to identify and report any potential issues before or during trips.
While every precaution is taken, mechanical breakdowns can still occur unexpectedly due to the nature of machinery and road conditions.
2. Immediate Response in Case of Breakdown
If a breakdown happens during the trip:
Passenger Safety First:
The driver ensures all passengers are safely positioned away from moving traffic or risk zones.
Quick Assistance:
Our operations team is immediately alerted to arrange either on-site repair or a replacement vehicle at the earliest possible time.
Repair or Replacement:
- • Minor issues are repaired on-site whenever feasible.
- • For major mechanical failures, a replacement vehicle of equal or higher category will be sent (subject to availability and location).
3. Company Liability & Refund Policy
BUSZONRENT undertakes no liability in case of trip cancellation or delay resulting from vehicle breakdowns or circumstances beyond management's control, such as accidents, road closures, or adverse weather.
However, if no alternate arrangement (like a replacement vehicle) can be provided, a proportionate refund will be issued for the uncompleted portion of the journey.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
We appreciate your understanding that such situations are rare and unintentional, and we always prioritize resolving them swiftly.
4. Delay & Compensation
In the event of a major delay caused by mechanical failure, BUSZONRENT may consider partial refunds or discounts after internal review.
Compensation is not applicable for delays caused by factors beyond our control such as:
- • Traffic congestion or diversions
- • Weather or road conditions
- • Strikes, protests, or government restrictions
- • Force majeure events
5. Communication & Customer Support
- Our operations team stays in constant communication with passengers until the issue is resolved.
- Customers are regularly updated about the repair progress or replacement vehicle dispatch.
- 24×7 support is available through our helpline for immediate assistance.
6. Customer Cooperation
We kindly request passengers to:
- Stay calm and cooperative during such situations.
- Avoid attempting to fix the vehicle or interfere with mechanical procedures.
- Follow safety instructions given by the driver or operations team.
Your patience and understanding help us ensure a safe and efficient resolution.
7. Force Majeure Clause
BUSZONRENT will not be held liable for cancellations or delays resulting from natural calamities, government restrictions, road blocks, or other uncontrollable circumstances.
In such cases, trips may be rescheduled or partially refunded as mutually agreed.
